We have been hosting a running group, leaving from A&L every Saturday morning at 8am. Expect to see an easy pace of about 9.5 to 10.5 MPH, for about an hour.

Everyone is welcome. Come and join the fun!

2012 IDFA Transformation Challenge Expands Across Canada! $2,500 in cash prizes!

IDFA will be awarding the best transformation at each of the competitions across Canada this Spring and Summer season. The winner of the IDFA Transformation Challenge at each competition will receive $250.00 Cash. We will then award an Overall IDFA Transformation Challenge Winner after all the Spring and Summer competitions are over.
