ACtivities for a 5 year old boy to join??

Hi, so my son is 5, and going into kindergarten. He is pretty busy, I know all kids are but I feel like he really needs a group or club or team to be part of.
Lately he has been not listening quite as well and gets down on himself and doesn't think he is a good kid, I tell him he is, but I think something that he can do and accomplish would raise his self image and burn some energy.
What is there in Brandon that any of you would recommend for a rather busy 5 year old to do?
I was thinking classes or team kinda things.
