How To leave

I'm in a situation where I need to leave and don't know how I have children and have tried to leave a few times. I have been to Women's shelter and don't want to go there again. I feel im being verbally abused on a daily basis and need to get out. I'm worried I just can not make it on my own, Find a house I can afford etc. Where can I look for help I will not qualify for assistance and I have been in Manitoba housing before I need a rental 2 or 3 bedroom around $600 where can I find that??? how do I leave after 13 years??
