Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with co workers with very bad habits?
ie: constantly coughs aloud with out ever covering mouth, belches out loud several times a day, uses foul language almost every sentence. I have asked several times politely if this person could try to be more polite and understanding in front of others but doesnt seem to care!! Please Help!! I am thinking about leaving company after 9 years because the 'higher rankings' wont do anything
