is there going to be an XFest4?

I was really looking forward to having another XFest this summer..but seems as it is already the begining of June and nothing has be put out there, Im guessing it's a no go for XFest 4???
anyone else know anything?
anyone else as dissapointed as I am that there is not an XFest4?
