Ceremony locations

I know this topic has been discussed many a many a times but im still looking.
We're needing a photogenic, romanticish, beautiful location, affordable, can hold 150 ppl or so, around the Brandon area. No Queen Elisabeth Park but something unique that doesnt need a lot of decoration, has a lot of natural beauty.
Any ideas?
