Haven't been through brandon in quite a while, are both these streets completely opened and back to regular traffic flow both light and heavy truck traffic? Is there any sandbag cleanup left?

Your all good. Both have been opened to two way traffic at the regular speed limits. Sand bags are gone. But beware there is some loose sand/gravel layed at the 1st street and veterans way intersection and north up the hill, as well as 18th around the co-op over the 18th street N bridge and up to the top of the hill.
