What is going on with these MEN? I cannot BELIEVE I actually counted 3 MEN - separately - but still 3 of them today, standing there on the shoulder, unzipping their pants. One dude looked right at me, didnt care less, and unzipped.....looked in my mirror and YEP, he was whizzing into the Wind..... WHAT is up with that guys? Is this a farmers trait, or something about being rebels ....to make a statement??? WHAT?  
 
And, yes that was my trip from Souris, to Brandon, and back home today.  
 
I am considering pulling up behind them, to write down license plate numbers... Would I be considered the PERV, or would HE?

... I see a guy taking a whiz on the side of the road. It's not like he's got his entire junk flapping in the wind or you see anything really. So you see a stream of urine - I have never seen a guy's junk when he's outside taking a leak. Now if he ripped his pants and underwear down to take a leak, then ya I'd have an issue. LOL.

I don't see the big issue. Did you actually see his penis, or did you just see a stream of urine? Were the vehicles pulled over far enough to be out of the way of other traffic? I highly doubt the police would say anything.

I saw his hand hold something, he pulled his jacket up....and I saw a stream coming from whatever he was holding in his hand.  
 
And yes, all 4 tires were pulled onto the shoulder. None on the pavement, but facing the Hwy, right there beside the road ... WHY? Im just glad my granddaughter wasnt with me.  
 
Cant they pull OFF some country road, and go around the corner. I would NEVER stand there beside the drivers door, face the traffic, and squat. . . as much as you say it would be OK!!

I think the police have bigger things to worry about. I do agree that they could try to go somewhere a little more private, but I don't think you should be taking down license plates.

Taking down a license plate give me a break, so would you do that if it was a child too?  
 
When you got to go, you got to go. All ages do it from young to old males and females...

I keep a hose and funnel in mine and do it on the fly without skipping a beat...............  
 
Kind of sucks though when I miss the funnel. Have to pressure wash the floor............ Just kidding.....  
 
Okay not me but I know someone who keeps a bottle and will go sitting at a red light.........

What do you think is gonna happen when your kids grow up? They'll continue to pee on the side of the road if they gotta go. So saying not to refer to children, is pointless - because children become adults one day and what they learn as kids they use as adults. IE - peeing on the side of the road.

well i have never witnessed someone relieving themselves right out the drivers door on the hi-way as most usually water a passenger side tire or something personally i think thats fine, its the perk guys get that we don't lol but to be full on well, if i saw that i would probably just shake my head lol.  
 
what grosses me out is like shooterguy's friend, someone who uses a bottle yuck! and then most of them are gross enough to throw it out the window those bottles you see on the side of the road ... well it ain't apple juice

Being discreet would help when you have to check the wind direction via a urine sample. Alot of us are concerned about gas mileage and would like to travel with the prevailing winds.  
I have seen women checking wind direction with urine samples also and its not near as accurate Lets not take ourselves too seriously on this one....the call of nature sometimes creates liquid weathervanes but not meant to be sideshows or perverted behavior as alleged I would hope.

As others have said, who cares. Move on with it. It's happened for many years. And don't waste the police's precious time trying to get someone charged for peeing. I remember when my son was potty training, we were on the highway and he belts out "mommy, I have to poop NOW!".... so we pulled off to the side of the road and with my husband holding my son's upper body and myself holding his legs, he did his business.  
I make fun of my husband for having a smaller bladder than my kids, but if he has the go (and he absolutely can't hold it) he will pull off to the side, or a gravel road. I did it when I was pregnant. As long as their "parts" aren't exposed than personally I don't see the problem!
