I was hoping someone could give me an idea with what is wrong with my computer. my 20 month old pushed something on my laptop and now when I go to make an AT sign it wont do it. it does two quotations. I was really hoping someone could give me an idea as how to fix this. thanks!!!

You need to reset your keyboard to "US" Sounds like it's using the UK keyboard map. Here is a link to Microsoft instructions:

This is a common thing that happens....your keyboard switched from "US" to "Canadian French".  
In the bottom right hand side of your task bar at the bottom of your screen, there should be a small icon of a keyboard.....click on that and it will bring up some choices with a checkmark beside one of them.....probably "Canadian French". Check the "US" choice and your keyboard should work correctly again.
