There's been a serious accident at the intersection of 9th Street and Van Horne Avenue this afternoon involving what looks to be two vehicles. Thoughts at this point have to be with anyone that may have been in either vehicle. That intersection is clearly off limits at this time, and authorities have Van Horne blocked off completely from 8th to 10th so please try to avoid driving through the area.

Every time I hear a siren I don't go to the area of the accident to rubberneck, I just send up a prayer in hopes that everyone concerned is okay. Sometimes seeing a serious accident can be bad enough to cause some serious harm. So for the folks that are involved in the accident, a prayer has been said for you, for your safety. God bless!

I was just up the street when this accident happened, I ran over and called 911 for everyone...  
I'm just curious if anyone knows how everyone involved is doing? There was some fairly young children and a pregnant lady involved and I'm just hoping they're okay..

Todays Brandon sun says there was no serious injuries in the collision.

Thanks for those who expressed concern. Everyone in the Suburban were checked out at the hospital and are OK. Just scared out of their witts and a few bumps and bruises.
