KX said they are announcing a Brandon concert this Tues. morning after the holiday. I really hope its a good current band and not just some 70's or 80's has been band performing at The North 40.

Can't understand why the Keystone refuses to book next to NO concerts. Simple Plan a very popular Cdn band is playing in Estevan,SK (a city of 8000) this week. There is no way the Keystone would lose money on a show like that.

costs around 55,000 - 70k a night plus advertising and production and keystone costs  
 
so in other words about 100k  
 
need to sell 2500 tickets at 40 bucks to break even  
 
not worth the risk  

Maybe 3 or 4 years ago they charged that but if Estevan & Moose Jaw booked them this month. Then obviously its very worthwhile and profits can be made

forgetting that people in Brandon are very cheap. Anything over $2, and there will be posts on here that it's too expensive for a family.

The Rock the Block line- up, when you hear it! The date for us out of towners would be nice too.
