Child Tax Benefit
I was wondering when you start receiving the child tax benefit after you have your baby? Does that include the universal child tax too or is that separate???

mine
came 1-2 months after baby was born, both cctb and uctb, I filled out both forms at the same time and had direct deposit so they arrived at the same time.

when I was in the hospital I remember a form on the back of the registration for the cctb, is that all I needed to fill out or do I have to fill another one out online??

Income Tax
Did you file a Tax Return for 2011?  
 
If you did not file a Tax Return for the previous year, they will not have a family income figure to base your benefits on.  
 
Even if you did not earn any money, you still have to tell the government that you did not earn any money.
