I've been looking for a place that sells bleach products, and also toner (as I've heard toner takes out the yellow or orange tint). I've looked at Wal-mart, and Chatters, and they both don't have anything.  
 
I want to bleach my hair, myself, as I want to save money instead of going to a salon.  
 
Does anyone know of any stores in Brandon that sells bleach? Please and thank you.

should have bleach on sale with the box dyes, but as a hairdresser I don't recommend using bleach yourself, it can go very wrong very easily, however if you're looking to save on costs you should try going to one of the hairschools like systems beauty college, it's much cheaper, and you'd be giving aspiring hairdressers some practice.

They have the bleach inside the blonde hair dye boxes? I've never bought the colour before.  
I was thinking of getting a friend to help me, as she's bleached her hair before. But if she's busy, I can give the college a try.  
 
Where is the beauty college located, and how much do they charge?  
 
(I'm looking to get a very light, almost white-ish blonde.)

in the boxes just look closely at the labels of the lighter blondes and you'll see that some are blonde dye and some of bleaches. However I still recommend the college if you're going that light as it's a pretty risky colour to get and maintain. Systems is on the corner of 10th and college. As for the price you'd have to call and ask[they're #'s in the phonebook and online] because it would depend upon your hair length/amount of hair you have/colour, but it would most definately be a lot cheaper than what u would get in a salon! hope I helped!
