Brandon Police are investigating after a man hosting a party was stabbed early Saturday morning.
It happened at a home in the 300 block of 21st Street.
When they got there officers found a 38-year-old man with stab wounds to his upper body.
Police said the man was attacked because he was trying to remove unwanted guests from his house the had come to the party.

Police are investigating a stabbing which took place at a residence in the 300 block of 21st St in the early morning hours of 2012-08-18. The 38 year old male resident of the house suffered a stab wound to his upper body when he was removing unwanted guests from a party at the house. The victim was taken to BRHC and is being treated for his non life threatening injury. Police wish to speak to three persons of interest from this party. All are males approximate ages of 18 to 25 years old. Two males are described as aboriginal in appearance and one is described as black.

Unfortunate that things get out of hand and "guests" don't leave the premises when asked. I wonder if they were invited guests or if it was a free-for-all get together? |

I was wondering if they were invited as well, or if the just crashed the party and got out of hand. To stab someone though? Wow. Much like the shooting that happened in Shilo when someone was turfed from a house party.
