Feb 2010 | i totally agree with the terrible service! a couple of years ago on valentines day was the absolute worst. they handed us a piece of paper with 6 or so items on it, instead of the usual menu. they claimed it was their best items and people like that sort of thing. then they didn't bring us any cutlery or napkins because they were "out of them and falling behind". we told them that we could use a paper towel if they could provide one, so in a fit of brilliance, someone brought us out some damp linens and claimed that was all they had as they tossed them on our table. the fries were old and had been reheated, the rest was mediocre at best.
we had assumed that they were overwhelmed by a busy valentine's day, but that was not true at all. our next two visits were similar, aside from damp linens. the third time was strike three and we can't imagine going back. we may try a montana's in another city one day, in case the management and staff are the key to the enjoyment. |
