My partner was diagnosed with Celiac's over 10 years ago. Coming into this relationship, I learned a lot about Gluten Free cooking and baking the hard way and i'm still learning 3 years later!   If you are new to this, and are needing advise as to which cook books to look for, where to shop, how to cook/bake gluten free, or even if you just need some tips and tricks to get you started... I can help!

As well as any foods to stay away from would be appreciated as well
