INGREDIENTS:
Chicken
Canned mushroom soup
Box of stuffing
Sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
Cook the chicken pieces of you choice add the mushroom soup and sour cream. Dump the stuffing mix on top and bake.
You adjust the amounts of ingredients to the number of people your cooking for.
You can make this in the slow cooker also.
I use:
3-4 chicken breasts
2 can of soup (no water)
1 cup of sour cream
1 box of stuffing

Max | This has been a standard in my household for many years, although I only use 1 can of soup and 1/2 cup sour cream. It makes enough for 4 people. I cube the chicken into bite-sized pieces and saute until cooked before adding it to the soup/sour cream mixture (or use leftover chicken or turkey). I like to add about 1 cup of raw broccoli flowerettes before topping with stuffing. Be sure to prepare the stuffing mix according to the box directions before topping the chicken/soup mixture. It looks nicer if you arrange the stuffing around the edges and leave the middle section showing through. Cover and bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutes.

scrapbookfan1 | Sounds great but it doesn't really specify how long to bake and at what temperature. Also, must you brown the chicken before putting it in the slow cooker AND the oven???
