Wish: Made wish last summer to rent a trailer hoping to return the wish!

This wish has been granted!

Last summer we wished to borrow a trailer. Our wish was granted and the owners wouldn't accept any money for us borrowing their trailer. We are not asking for anyone to pay money to borrow our trailer either.  
 
Earlier this summer we we were able to purchase our own trailer. The trailer is 24ft long and is a ball/hitch hook up. It is a 1976 trailer in good condition minus we need to fix the screen on the outside door and replace one window which we are fixing it next wk. We purchased the trailer in this condition.  
 
We had intended on visiting family but I am now scheduled for surgery. So our family are coming to visit us vs. us visiting them. We won't be using the trailer as we planned this summer. So I would like to pay back the "wish" that was granted to our family last summer. I would like to extend the offer that if there is a family wanting to borrow a trailer this summer then we would offer you the use of our trailer at no charge. If we get a few families that wish to borrow our trailer then we will like to share the offer with others not just one family.  
 
Our trailer has 2 large propane tanks, it also sleeps 5-6 ppl comfortably. It has a double sink, 4 burner stove w/hood exhaust with a oven. It also has a 4 piece bathroom including tub/shower. There is tons of storage, including a large hang up wardrobe closet. The trailer also has a small fridge/freezer, all window coverings, 2 tables that can be turned into a queen aize bed and another table can be made into another double size bed. There is also a over head bunk that is the size of a double bed. The trailer has a 12ft awning.  
 
We would want a copy of the person(s) drivers license for our protection and a written contract that they are borrowing the trailer and will fix any damage that may of been caused accidently. We would also ask for a refundable $100.00 damage deposit.  
 
We can't give an exact amount of time the trailer can be borrowed because we don't know if there would be more then one family who maybe interested in borrowing our trailer. Depending on if we do get responses from anyone/family. It will give us a better idea on the length of time the trailer can be borrowed per family.  
 
The trailer is non-smoking trailer and we don't allow any cats. 1-2 dogs would be ok. I will like to take back the comment of us saying we don't want the trailer to be taken out of province. It can be taken out of province but not our of the country  
The more I thought of ppl not being able to take our trailer out of province the less sense it made. Usually ppl want to use a trailer to travel to other provinces!  
 
If extra insurance is needed to be paid to have the trailer fully insured for out of province travel the family borrowing the trailer will have to pay for monetary difference for the insurance coverage I don't want to lose everything we have because the trailer wasn't properly insured.  
 
We have our vehicle(s) insured to the max so that when we visit Edmonton if we get into an accident we are fully covered by MPI if the other party tries to sue us. So we insist our trailer have the same insurance coverage if anyone using it takes it out of province.

Debums		It was meeting this wonderful that I truly learned the lesson of paying it forward. This family every single day pays it forward wanting nothing in return. Our trailer needed some work done to it. I was going to get it done from a RV place. Instead the husband offered to do the repairs himself for nothing. His reason was "you're lending us a trailer for nothing" I told him I would have to pay him for the repairs. He has refused all offers. This family who I never meet before made such an impact in our lives. Cost to buy trailer...7 months of savings Cost to lend a trailer..$300 in repairs Cost to meeting this family and seeing how much they help anyone even strangers totally priceless.

Apr 2011		I am having a major issue posting this wish! I am sorry that some are PMing me to find out more details. Perhaps it is because I have edited this wish over 5 times??? I keep making an mistake or have left out important information.  
Please do note at the bottom of the wish there are already 2 dates the trailer will not be available since we have been lucky enough to have 2 families take us up on the wish.

Apr 2011		Thank you Tiger Lily...our trailer will be leaving on Mon for it first "trailer pay it forward/back" and is being used by a wonderful family. They have already been to our home and like the trailer and find it completely suitable for what they need it for.  
 
I am just glad that I finally have the chance to "pay it forward/back". To the generous and wonderful couple who lent us their trailer last yr....you know who you are I hope you realize how much it meant to our family being able to borrow your trailer at no charge...I hope that you also get a "happy" feeling like we do knowing that we are now "paying it forward/back"!

So far the trailer is still available Aug 1st-4th and after Aug 12th  
 
Our family is very happy knowing that ppl are taking us up on our offer!!
