Wish: wishing for processed apples

I would like to put a wish out there for processed apples.     I am fine with someone cleaning out their freezer stash from last year's pick (no older) if need be or if someone has extra that they already picked that they don't want to finish processing. I am especially partial to rescue crabs.     I love picking apples, but I am now past my due date, so sadly, picking this year is not an option. Our family goes through apples in the winter like candy, so I figured that I had better put a plea out there. lol Also, the place that we usually pick was raided by a hungry bear. I definitely don't want to compete with that should he have left some and still be around!     If you could help me out, that would be fantastic! Report this wish

I did see this, but right now, "you pick" (as much as I am willing to pick oodles of apples normally) isn't really something that I can do right now. Climbing (should I need a ladder...and that is often the case) is totally out of the question. That, combined with other issues connected to pregnancy, is making picking next to impossible too. I am quite past my due date and could go into labor at any time. I know that some people like to clean out their freezers of old apples before adding new ones to the mix, and I figured that for both parties, this could be a win-win. i don't expect someone to go out and process apples especially for me. That is a lot of work!     Anyway, thanks for pointing this out. Report comment
