I like the idea of writing down what I would like to do with my 'non smoking' money- Thanks Sharon

mel3737 2/8/2011 1:33:04 PM Member since: Nov 2008 | Awsome job. I just want to add that it is ok to be human and screw up too. Not that I am telling you to go have a smoke or anything. It's just when I was quiting this summer I had one really bad day and gave in. I started feeling really bad for myself, like I had failed and was never going to be able to do it right. But then I got it together and realized that I, like everyone else am human and it is ok to make mistakes. Just keep at it and you will succeed

LMAD2/10/2011 8:51:46 AM Member since: Dec 2009 | I am now on day 10 !! It's getting easier.
I tried the gum last year and hated it...I will continue with the patch for now till I feel I have the strength in me to do without it.
I love how you keep track of the 'hours' JA Scott, sometimes I feel like I need to go minute by minute as well.
Congratulations to all that have succeeded !! I am walking beside you all!! :-)
