Experienced construction foremen and labourers
K&J Construction is now accepting applications for skilled construction labourers.
Knowledge of commercial, agricultural, and residential construction is considered an asset. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
LABOURER RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, skill saws, gas chop saws, pressure washers, impacts, and other equipment
? Clean and prepare construction sites as needed
? Follow all safety procedures on the job site
? Load and unload construction supplies from trucks manually or with equipment
? Travel out of town to work on rural job sites as directed by management
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
? One or more years of experience in construction
? Experience with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
? Experience with PVC concrete-filled wall form systems considered an asset
? Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends as required
? Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
? Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
