Our Owner Services department is looking for someone to join our team in a dual role as an Owner Services Representative and Reservation Coordinator. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

 - General office duties (answering and making phone calls, collecting payments, responding to emails)

 - Ensuring guest satisfaction

 - Performing property inspections

-Handling Condo Association member inquires

 - Handling all reservation calls

Requirements:

 - Positive attitude and self-motivated

 - Strong organization skills and ability to multitask

 - Enjoy providing excellent customer service

-Prior experience with hotel software, microsoft programs is preferred but not required.
