Perfect family camper! Second owner since 2010. Everything works as it should. This one has the loft with lots of room in this camper! Can sleep 10.
The good:
-2-30 lbs propane tanks
-propane/electric hot water tank
-porcelain toilet
-surround sound with sub
-full queen size mattress
-lots of storage
-new inverter installed 2 years ago
-high end vinal flooring
-large grey water and black water tanks
The "ok":
-outside not perfect, decals on the outside are peeling
-needs new awning installed which I have (pictured)
-back plastic tail light is cracked. (still works)
-awning over slide out is not torn but is starting to show age. Still keeps the rain off.
Comes with:
-Husky hitch with stabilizer bars and sway control bars.
-large outdoor camping mat
-large honey wagon

Majority of time this camper has sat at seasonal site. (Blue Lake) and has only been towed around the Parkland when we didn't have a seasonal. (6900lbs dry weight) I have towed with a 1/2 ton and diesel Excursion.
We have kept this camper clean and is in good shape for it's age. These campers are becoming rare and you have to see inside to appreciate the room.
Sad to see it go but the kids are older now and Mom and Dad aren't cool to hang out with and camp with anymore.
Weekends work better for viewing.
