Short-term means a semester at school or a rental for one to three months due to work.

This covers: Private room furnished with a queen-size bed with sheets, quilt, and pillow, a desk and chair, closet space, and a private bathroom. The bathroom was renovated just before the New Year, with a new shower, toilet, floor, and tap.
Shared kitchen, living room, dining room, open space in the basement, and a laundry room. Hydro, water, and internet.
You will be accepted depending on the following: reference checks plus attending school with income, or reference checks plus having a job. You must specify when and how long you are planning to stay.
This home is close to the University of Brandon and Assiniboine Community College North Campus. Coffee shops (H Coffee, Tim Hortons) are nearby, plus Sobeys two blocks north of us and Chilli Chutney Restaurant across the street. There are a few churches within walking distance.
I have a dog on the property; he is very friendly but needs to get to know you first. Since this is NOT a long-term rental, if you are planning to attend another semester of school, the contract will have to be renewed as long as the landlord and tenant are both happy with the arrangements. You must prepare to renew the agreement in advance. Otherwise, the room may be taken.
