Developer shares preview of new Richmond commercial building

Posted by Adam in Real Estate, 4/4/2019

Since last summer anyone that spends any kind of time driving Richmond Avenue will have noticed the large 2-storey commercial building that’s been in the process of being built at the site of the former Fas Gas station. As the developer J & G Commercial gets closer to completion they took a moment to share a few pictures this morning of the project as it stood recently:

Occupying almost 4000 square feet of that space will be Re/Max Valleyview Realty who will be relocating from their downtown offices. Re/Max Valleyview announced a merger locally with Homelife in the spring of 2017, more than doubling their amount of agents in the process. Their space in the new building amounts to approximately 3900 square feet.

Re/Max will be joined in their space by Knight Archer Insurance.

The remainder of the building includes space for up to three additional businesses, one of those being a to-be-announced financial services company. The remaining almost 3000 square feet is available either divided between two tenants or combined as one.

Completion of the almost 9500 square foot structure is expected to be this summer
