As per the embed below Montana’s does a special countdown at 6pm:
The crew at the store tell me that kids that are at the restaurant get party blowouts for the big moment, at which time the lights come down and the countdown is on. Limited reservations are accepted but not necessary. In the event there’s a backup of folks waiting for tables in the lobby, provisions are made to make sure they get to take part too.
