With the calendar on the verge of flipping to September and the new school year starting in just a few short days, we will soon be just 12 months from Brandon School Divisionâs newest addition opening the doors to students for its inaugural school year.
Since construction started in late winter and sod later officially turned in the spring, much progress has been made on Maryland Park School as the photo taken last week thatâs attached to this post can attest to.
The image was shared as part of a larger gallery earlier today of photos taken this past Monday by the Crocus Plains Photography Department from a drone showing a handful of angles of the various sections of the school coming together. Text used alongside the gallery re-affirms the project remaining on track for its completion in time for September 2020.
A handful of galleries of more pictures over the course of construction including more taken this past Monday can be seen at this link.
In June the Brandon School Division Board of Trustees approved the official catchment area of the school that will be home to 450 kindergarten to grade eight students in Brandonâs extreme Southeast.
