A Brandon landscaping company will soon take a major step forward after it was learned today that Livingstone Landscaping has purchased a sizeable piece of vacant property on Byng Avenue.
The property at 1610 Byng Avenue, previously the site of North American Lumber, represents over six acres in space.
Livingstone Landscaping was founded in 1992 and has been in its current Park Avenue East location since 2010. After taking possession of the new property next week, owners Josh, Matt and Michelle Berg tell me that the plan is to be moved to the location in Spring 2020 after partaking in significant renovations to bring it up to the needs of the growing business.
Livingstone’s present location covers less than one acre in addition to two separate off-site locations. On top of allowing the room to grow a much more consumer-friendly location including a much larger showroom and warehouse, the space will allow the business to consolidate all of its operations at one location.
It is expected that a portion of the six acres will be required as part of the upcoming Daly Overpass project.
