Redial buttons in Westman are going to get a workout this morning as the popular Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts Grey Owl opens up the lines for reservations at 9am.
Last winter’s four week fine dining event was a sellout within hours and so one will probably have to act pretty quickly to snap up one of the 66 available spots on any of this year's 20 nights between January 21 and Feb 15.
Last year featured such unique entrees as Brome Lame Duck, Southern Fried Cornish Game Hen and Sole Paupiette. Those with more classic tastes may have looked the way of Italian Three Cheese Ravioli or Classic New York Madagascar. This year’s menu will be made public closer to the 21st.
