Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing automotive dealership team. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring compliance through vehicle financing, insurance products, and legal/regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and help select finance and insurance (F&I) products with customers
- Secure financing through banks and lending institutions
- Ensure all deals are structured accurately
- Maintain full compliance with federal and provincial regulations
- Prepare and finalize all financing documentation
- Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Build strong relationships with lenders and product providers
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the purchase process
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financing, leasing, and extended protection products
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
