BOH Kitchen Staff
We are looking for multiple back-of-house positions:
Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Opening and closing the restaurant
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food service procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Calm and collected in fast-paced settings
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order preparation and presentation
FOH Host
We are looking for multiple front-of-house team members:
Duties:
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Reservation management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Opening and closing the restaurant
