I am looking for a Short-Term Renter.
Short-term means a school semester or a rental of one to three months due to work.
This includes a private bedroom, Internet, Hydro, and Water. You will share the open space and have access to the pots and pans, dishes, and laundry machines.
Bedroom A
This room costs $765.00 per month for up to 3 months.
$765.00 per month includes a private bedroom with a Twin-size bed, a desk and chair for studying, and sheets and pillows. This bedroom is on the main floor, and you share the bathroom with 2 other people.
The renter from this unit has use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, basement area, and Internet. If you have a car, a parking space is available. Laundry machines are available.
You will be accepted based on the following: reference checks plus attending school with income, or reference checks plus having a job.
You must specify when and how long you are planning to stay and which room you require.
Close to the University of Brandon and Assiniboine Community College North campus.
Coffee shops nearby, plus Sobeys and an Indian restaurant across the street.
There are a few churches within walking distance.
A dog is on the property. He is very friendly but needs to get to know you first.
Since this is not a long-term rental, if you plan to attend another semester of school, the contract will need to be renewed, provided both the landlord and tenant are satisfied with the arrangements. You must prepare to renew the agreement in advance. Otherwise, the room may be taken.
