What You'll Do
As our Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to:
- Assist in developing and updating our monthly marketing calendar aligned with seasonal landscaping promotions.
- Track marketing expenses and campaign performance metrics.
- Capture and organize media content from landscaping projects and events.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools.
- Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns, SEO improvements, and e-commerce enhancements.
- Help prepare reports and visuals for monthly performance meetings.
- Collaborate with external partners and support promotional event coordination.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Solid verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic photography skills and a good visual sense.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Canva and Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (required for site visits).
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
- Basic knowledge of the landscaping or outdoor industry.
- Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets.
