Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations and support team members during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Help train and guide staff to follow company standards and procedures.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and opening/closing duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
We are currently hiring a full-time Shift Lead who is available to work evenings and weekends as required.
