Two black dogs found on McTavish and 42nd
Two big black dogs are wondering around the McTavish, 42nd Street and Victoria Avenue this morning.
No collars. No contact info. One has a bandana on.
We weren't able to get close enough to leash them without collars.
Called animal control/Brandon police and they said they've already received 2 phone calls this morning.
