OK Tire Carroll is looking for an individual to join our team! We are currently hiring for a HEAVY TRUCK AND TRAILER MECHANIC.
We are looking for individuals who are:
-Self Motivated and Dedicated
-Able to build and maintain a positive work environment
-Continuously looking to acquire new skills
-Work well with little to no supervision
-Reliable
Duties / Requirements:
-Minimum 3rd year apprentice in Truck Transport / Heavy Duty repair. Journeyman certification or equivalent experience is an asset; Manitoba Inspection qualified an asset.
-Make Recommendations on truck and trailer repairs after completing initial inspection
-Electrical repair and diagnostic knowledge an asset
-Ability to complete necessary paperwork to ensure customers are billed accurately for all work performed
-Help with maintenance of service equipment and tools
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to maintain a valid class 1 or 3 Manitoba driver?s License
-Organization, time management and problem-solving skills
-Good manual dexterity, ability to lift 50-80Lbs.
-Adequate supply of tools to perform jobs

OK Tire Carroll is Located 20 minutes south of Brandon on highway 2. We offer mechanical repair and tires for Passenger, light truck and heavy truck and trailer. We are open Monday ? Friday 8am to 5pm and 8-12 on Saturday
