Westman Groundworks is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing landscape construction projects and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise a landscape construction crew
* Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
* Read plans and communicate project expectations to crew members
* Install:
* Paving stone patios, walkways, and driveways
* Retaining walls
* Decorative rock and mulch
* Trees, shrubs, and planting beds
* Sod and lawn installations
* Grading and site preparation
* Operate skid steers, compact loaders, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment
* Load, secure, and transport equipment and materials
* Ensure projects meet company quality standards
* Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
* Maintain a safe and organized worksite
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of landscape construction experience
* Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred
* Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (Class 3 considered an asset)
* Experience operating landscaping equipment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Ability to lift and perform physically demanding work
* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
