Southwest Horizon School Division invites tenders for the provision of cleaning services for:

• the Souris Division Office and
• the Souris Operations Office/Bus Garage.

 

Scope of Services

The following services will be provided:

 

Division Office (1.5 hours per day, 5 days per week)

• Vacuuming and floor cleaning
• Cleaning offices and common areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
• Emptying garbage and recycling containers
• Cleaning entrances, hallways, and staff areas
• Spot cleaning of windows and glass surfaces

 

Operations Office/Bus Garage (1.25 hours per day, Tuesdays and Thursdays)

• Vacuuming and floor cleaning
• Cleaning offices and common areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms
• Emptying garbage and recycling containers
• Cleaning entrances, hallways, and staff areas
• Spot cleaning of windows and glass surfaces

 

Schedule

Services will be performed during evening or early morning hours as mutually agreed upon with Southwest Horizon School Division.
