Sterilization Technician/Chairside Dental Assistant
Brandon Dental Centre has been providing comprehensive family dentistry to the Brandon and Southern Manitoba community for many years. We are a full-service dental practice, with services ranging from general procedures to full mouth reconstruction and entire smile makeovers.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:15am to 5:15pm.
- 3:15 pm on Fridays in June, July, August

Your Role:
- Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards and provincial regulations
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentation
- Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocols
- Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow
- Assist chairside as needed to support the clinical team
About You:
- Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is preferred
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting and/or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) Programs is an asset
- Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an preferred but training can be provided
