Labourers for Installation/Winterization
D&B Sprinklers is now hiring for full-time labourers in for Installations and upcoming Winterization of underground sprinkler systems. This is a term position from until the end of October.
Hours are from 8:00 am to 6 pm and possibly weekends till end of season.
Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's licence (preferred)
Ability to work in a team environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Installation including pulling pipe, digging holes/trenches, build valve boxes and sprinkler fittings and installing systems as directed.
? Safely operates equipment and hand tools during installation processes.
? Ensure work site is cleaned and customer is satisfied after each installation.
? Organize truck with required tools prior attending the worksite.
? Clean the truck, trailer, and shop on a regular basis.
? Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Previous experience in a general labour position is required.
? Must be capable of working in a team and following direction.
? Strong time management, punctuality and reliability are required.
? Physically capable of lifting 50Ibs
? Must be safety conscious and able to follow all safety policies and procedures.
WORK CONDITIONS:
? Mainly working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
? Travel is required within Brandon and outside of Brandon, depending on worksite location.
