Hello Brandon,

I'm relocating from Alberta to take the Executive Director position at Hillcrest Place Personal Care Home, starting August 24. My son and I are looking for a 2+bedroom home with a yard on a long-term lease. This is a permanent move ? I'm putting down roots here, not passing through.

**About us**

? Two occupants: myself and my son

? Employment confirmed ? salaried management position; offer letter available on request

? Non-smoking, quiet household, no parties

? I've owned my own homes for over 24 years and currently own rental properties myself, so I understand a lease from both sides of the table

**Something I'd rather tell you upfront:** my credit score took a hit through a recently finalized divorce. It doesn't reflect my payment history ? I have never missed a mortgage payment in more than two decades. I'm glad to provide a payment history letter from my lender, my employment letter, and professional references, and I'm open to a larger deposit or post-dated cheques for the full term if that gives you added comfort.

**Our dogs:** two ? an 8-year-old doodle and a 7-year-old English bulldog. Both are middle-aged, house-trained, crate-trained and quiet. The bulldog comes to work with me daily at a seniors' home, so he's very settled around people. Happy to arrange a meet-and-greet and to provide a pet damage deposit.

If you have something available, I'd love to hear the address and arrange a video walkthrough. I can view remotely this month and am ready to sign quickly for Sept 1 or Oct 1 possession.
