OFFICE MANAGER
Virden Employment Skills Center (VESC) is a non-profit organization providing employment assistance services to unemployed and underemployed people in Virden, surrounding communities and RMs.
Qualifications
? Two years? experience in administration, social services fields or an equivalent mix of experience and education in the provision of public and social services
? Demonstrated working knowledge in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and Quickbooks)
? Proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients for effective information gathering, assessment, presentation and feedback
? Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail, organization skills, effective time management, interpersonal skills
? Proven ability to adapt to change effectively and efficiently
? Established ability in attention to detail, organization and prioritization
? Ability to multi-task and promote services within our service area to prospective clients and employers
? Understanding challenges that job seekers face
? Ability to participate in community events
