Internal water dispenser tends to freeze up. It works at a higher temp, but that's not good for the other items in the fridge. I haven't bothered to fix it or have it fixed but use a Brita water pitcher instead. Not sure what the exact problem is. It requires a water source (tubing not inculded), or you could run it without water and use ice cube trays, I suppose.
I replaced the ice maker a year ago. Works great. Fridge comes with a couple of new water filters.
The hinge is on the left side, but it is meant to be reversable. I don't know if you need extra parts or a kit to change the door swing direction.
You must be able to haul it away.
