I had 38-40 persons go at it in an old bldg that was just west of the old 8th street bridge in the the '80's more than once. FAX machines!!
I would play again if someone got a game going as most of my friends are dead and the living ones would be easy to hit.
An empty bldg with rooms can be messy and $$$$$$$$$
