So who's watching the Jays in the post season? I know what i'll be watching Monday night!

Priorities

Judging by the play last night, they'll be out in 3 straight.

This election is more important then a jays game  
 
Don't get me wrong I'm watching the jays and cheering them on but the potential outcome of this election could be devastating

This is a 7 game series. It's going to take at least 4 games.  
 
I'm not yet willing to judge a series by the outcome of one game.  
 
Edit: The election is more important than MLB, but a person can take time to enjoy the game and participate in the election and keep tabs on the results. It sure doesn't have to be one or the other.

The Election is just a bunch of lying parasites who want power to give themselves more money, far more interesting than a game. Even the most unbalanced of games is more entertaining and fair than watching poll results, once you vote the result will still be the same the next day.

Fun topic for ponder on what's a really unique day in this country. Both "sides" will have their hardcores and their cynics. In an era with so many screens in homes and broadcasts over both Internet and tv I don't think the average person will have to completely choose one and exclude the other.  
 
It could come down to which one is decided and which goes down to the wire. Game starts at 7. As far as election coverage, I haven't read what's planned but is it possible that there won't be anything meaningful until BC polls close and then their results start to trickle in?  
 
But for fun if the scenario is....  
- bottom of the 9th and tying or winning run at the plate  
- at the same time dead heat election, winner not yet called and each new poll result leapfrogs one party over the other  
 
... Sorry parties, but I'd be locked on the ball game while taking frequent secondary glances between pitches at election results on another screen. No Jay games this late in 23 years, elections are a little less rare. If it came down to it would be happy with the extensive post-election coverage tomorrow and wouldn't forgive myself for missing watching and enjoying a walk off ALCS win live.

It sounds like polls in Ontario and Quebec don't close until 8:30 Manitoba time (same time they close here), at which point 1/2 to 2/3 of the ball game will already be in the books:

With no blackout rules in effect, Atlantic results will be know earlier though with polls closing in just a couple minutes..

like there will be updates during the game breaks.
