Does anyone know where I could get a pair of second hand figure skates, size 10? Also, where can one skate indoors in Brandon in the winter? Thanks for your help.

Try calling the Brandon figure skating club if you want some good used skates. If that is girls size you are looking for. If not try adding a wanted add to the classifieds.  
 
The Sportsplex used to do public skating. You could try calling there.

They used to have a section for used skates. We bought some a few years ago. And I think Sportsplex is the only indoor place in Brandon.

Value Village has lots of skates near their shoe section for $5-$10 a pair

I actually need size 10 women's. I haven't skated for years and would like to see if I can still do it before investing a lot in a new pair of skates.

Me please, I kept my skates when I quit skating, they were only used 1 season of synchro, blades only sharpened once. Riseport super novas with a top of the line free skate blade. I wear a womens 10 shoe. I've decided I'm probably never going to use them again, for the amount of times I make it out to the rink every year I'd be fine with a pair of cheap hockey skates. Come see them if you want, and if they fit you can make an offer, I know I'll never get anywhere near what I paid but really they're just collecting dust
