I have a parcel coming through DHL that has said for the past 2 days “with delivery courier.” My question is, does anyone know where I can get a hold of DHL in Brandon?

My guess is they will pass the parcel off to a local courier. Never seen a DHL van around here.

Was a big service a few years ago. DELIVER HALF LATER.

Not sure who to contact but I’ve had parcels get dropped off by A DHL van. They do still exist (to comment on the person above that said they may not). However, from my experiences they always demand a fee be made. A duties fee or customs.

I had to deal with DHL for a package a few months ago and it was the most frustrating headache. Their space is through “Delivery Force” and is up on the hill, attached to the side of a larger company.  
 
I had to go hunting for my own package because no one in the supply chain seemed to have any idea where it was. Would not recommend using DHL to anyone perusing this thread.

We recently had a package to be delivered by DHL, they held it for 13 days even when we changed the physical address. First they said it was in Winnipeg, then Brandon, then back to Winnipeg. After 7 calls to their 1 800 number, it turns out it was in Winnipeg the whole time and 5 hours after it arrived at the third party delivery service in Brandon it was delivered. My opinion, poor service on their part. Not sure what the third party delivery service had part in. There is no number in Brandon to call you can only call 18553457447 and tell them to send it the next day.
