Hello! I just bought a faux leather love seat online! When picking up the love seat the man showed me it was outside, at first i thought maybe just trying to help with moving it, to make it easier. Upon having it home its still unfreezing, and i believe its been outside for a couple days instead of an hour outside. As its very frozen. Any suggestions on what to do!?  
Please don't judge, as i’m a single parent trying to get by and i already feel scammed.

If it did sit outside for a while, it may have drawn up some moisture and froze more solidly. About the only thing you can do is give it time to unthaw naturally - sitting in the house, not being used. A fan blowing on / over it may help but I would stay away from putting extra heat towards it as you may damage the finish, padding, etc. It should thaw and dry out on it''s own pretty quickly (overnight) as it hasn't been too cold and today was actually above freezing.

Hi, if by faux leather you are meaning micro fibre? If so then it would be best to get it thawed and dried quickly. The quicker the better to avoid water staining which micro fibre is prone too. Regardless, if it is leather, getting it dried quickly is best. Dryers, fans, and a dehumidifier if possible is best.. also to the other post, no such word as “unthaw”, think about it lol. Sorry just a pet peave of mine

Faux leather is fake or imitation leather not micro fibre...  
 
As been said just leave it to unthaw on its on. Will likely take 24 hours to fully unthaw. Don't sit on and don't blow air or heat on it just let it be. You will be ok don't panic.

It'll probably be fine. Furniture gets frozen all the time, like when it goes cross-country in the back of a moving or delivery truck, or in a cargo container on a train. Like others have said, just let it thaw. A general rule of thumb to allow things to acclimatize is 24-48 hours.  
 
Now, if it's *wet* from sitting outside and got full of snow or something, that's a bit different, but if it's just really, really cold (and it might be damp from condensation, as long as it's not sopping wet), I would just give it time. You can probably very gently blot/wipe away moisture if it's sweating/condensing, but the material is likely very brittle if it's still frozen, so use caution.

Although I seldom use the word, it is in fact a word and recognized throughout the English language.

Unthaw would mean to freeze it again.
