Is there anywhere in Brandon that repairs Dyson vacuums? Thanks

Have you tried contacting Dyson by phone or (at least used to) have an online chat?  
I have contacted them 3x with great results. They link me to videos how to problem solve or have helped to order the correct part (as all the parts click together). They offered free return of the part if it wasn't the issue as well.  
I've had good luck searching my issue on youtube as well to problem solve my Dyson

I have talked with them through the chat feature and they say there is no replacement part available, that I need to send the unit to them. the problem is that all it needs is approx 2 inches of hose.

The hose I need is maybe 2 inches long, hardly worth shipping to repair facility and back

The one vacuum repair place in Brandon that I know of won’t touch Dyson vacuums. When I phoned as I needed a clutch replacement he told me you have to send them into their service centre which I think the closest is Calgary. Ended up buying a new vacuum as that point ours was about 10 years old.

You got nothing to lose taking that sucker apart at this point. Personally, I would disassemble it (correction: ask my spouse to disassemble it) and see if you can either patch that tear or jury-rig something together.

I had to repair the same part. Wasn’t hard to take it apart and remove the hose. Went on the dyson website to order part. You’ll need to know the model to find the correct breakdown. Wasn’t that expensive and hard to do..
