A lot of folks are clearly interested in making use of the services that this long-time Westman business is well-known and respected for offering.

Just as a followup to the last message....
I hope you'll consider posting a followup or sharing a statement that I can post and attribute to yourself. I feel that well-meaning folks are asking fair questions regarding timelines and gift certificate validity and would like the opportunity for those questions to be clarified with information straight from yourself. Based on usage of the discussion there is clearly a lot of interest in the answers.
Specifically:
1) Customers have indicated not being able to be in contact with Escape to arrange for services offered. Is the business currently accepting bookings?
2) If bookings are being accepted, which services can be booked at the moment and how may folks get in touch to book?
3) If not, is there information to pass along as far as the current state of the business? Are renovations taking place? Is there an estimated time of re-opening? Is there an indication of how expired gift certificates will be addressed in the future? Is there any amendment to expiry date stated on certificates? Is there opportunity to be in contact to obtain refund with proof of purchase?
